Postage and packing is at a flat rate of £3.00 per order. We post out using Royal Mail, second class, once a week on a Friday, so depending on when you place your order, it could take up to 10 days to get to you. Please bear this in mind when contacting us about any orders that may have gone astray.
CHRISTMAS 2025 POSTING: The week before Christmas, post will go out on Weds 17th December instead of Fri 19th, so hopefully customers will receive their orders for Christmas. The following week, post will go out on Mon 22nd instead of Fri 26th, as that’s a bank holiday. The following week, post will go out both on Mon 29th and Fri 2nd. Then it’s back to normal.
We’re sorry, but we’re not able to send seeds outside of the UK. Please don’t place an order if your postal address is not in Wales, England or Scotland, or we’ll simply have to cancel and refund it.
All our growers work hard to ensure your seeds are top quality by trialling them in the Welsh climate, only selecting seeds from the best plants, and undertaking rigorous germination testing before offering them up for sale. We think you’ll love our seeds too, but if for any reason you’re not happy, please feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
