Lemon Drop Chilli is a popular high yielding, fairly easy to grow chili. Fruits grow to 10cm long, they are green when young and mature to a bright cheerful yellow

The chili has a citrusy flavour. Lemon drops are  fantastic for making harissa and fermented chili sauce.

Botanical name: Capsicum Annuum

Sow seeds 0.5-1 cm deep in 7 cm pots and keep moist and warm (above 21 °C). Transplant to individual containers when seedlings have at least two pairs of leaves. When 10-13 cm, plant 45 cm apart indoors with root ball 1.5 cm below the soil surface.
