We’ve launched our new 2026 Seed Catalogue

We are very pleased to announce that our 2026 Seed Catalogue is now live!

This year has been a great one for seed production here in Wales – not quite as dry as it has been in other parts of the UK, but warm enough for seeds to mature and dry well. This means we now have 100 different varieties for sale – many of which are brand new this season.

December is the perfect time to be planning your growing for next year, so click the button below to browse the catalogue, or scroll down for a look at some of our new varieties, last year’s bestsellers, gift ideas and wholesale discounts.

A taste of this year’s new varieties…

‘Ceredigion’ runner beans
heirloom variety

Ceredigion Runner Bean
A Welsh heirloom variety with red flowers, the seed of this variety was given to Pam Savidge in Wales in 1961. It came from a neighbour – then already in his 80s – who in turn had been given seed by his grandfather, a stonemason who repaired church spires. Pam saved the variety for seed for many years in Wales and then in Ireland, and donated seed to the Irish Seed Savers Association. Thanks to their stewardship it was returned to Wales and to the Wales Seed Hub.

‘Endurance’ tomatoes
– for outdoor growing

Endurance Tomato
We are excited to offer a new blight-resistant salad tomato ‘Endurance’, bred by one of the UK’s top tomato breeders The Wales Seed Hub participated in an outdoor tomato breeding trial run by the Gaia Seed Sovereignty Programme and overseen by Simon. ‘Endurance’ was the line chosen to bring to market. It is a semi determinate salad tomato which provides a viable option for outdoor tomato growing, particularly in challenging climates.

‘Cherry Belle’ radishes
– quick to mature

A beautiful and delicious radish variety – cherry-like in its globe round shape and bright red colour with a crisp, fresh and mild mustard flavour. Very quick to mature and ready to eat in 4-6 weeks from sowing.
Our favourite ways of eating is either dipped in butter and salt like the French, or thinly sliced and lightly pickled to have alongside a meal.

‘Blue Ballet’ squash
– new organic seed!

Blue Ballet
A small, hubbard-type squash, blue ballet produces 3-4 blue / grey fruits to each plant on long, trailing stems. They store excellently, and their flesh is rich, tasty and bright orange. For the first time the Wales Seed Hub are marketing a certified organic seed for this variety.
