Large, double calendula flowers in a beautiful shade of brilliant orange make this variety a true king of calendulas. Edible petals, drought tolerant and very attractive to beneficial insects.

Approx. 50 seeds per pack.

Botanical name: Calendula officinalis

Seed can be sown direct from Apr-May where it is to flower, partial shade is fine. Sow 1 cm deep and thin to approx. 30 cm spacing. Calendulas are quick to grow and can reach maturity in just 6-8 weeks from sowing. For early flowering, can be sown in the autumn with plants overwintered in a greenhouse or conservatory.
